Sale of Business
We prepare contracts for the Sale of Business, and provide advice
on which documentation to include & obtain the required documents.
Our recent work includes sales of restaurants, book shops, dry
cleaning businesses and marinas.
If you are purchasing a business, we will review the contract
and negotiate its terms on your behalf, and act for you with your
mortgagee.
Leases
We act for Lessors in the preparation of retail and commercial
leases. We have a variety of lease precedents suitable for the
smallest shop to a large retail outlet in a shopping centre.
If you are a Lessee, will review and negotiate the terms of any
retail or commercial lease. We will scrutinise all disclosure
documents prescribed under the Retail Leases Act 1994.
